⚠️ Important Fitment Note

This kit is specifically designed for the Zhangxue 820R and 820RR series (2025+) , including standard, RR, RR-R, and Champion Edition variants. The Zhangxue 820 series features an 18-liter fuel tank across all models. It does NOT fit the 500RR or other Zhangxue models.

Easy DIY Installation

1. Thoroughly clean the tank surface with a mild detergent and allow it to dry completely.

2. Carefully peel the backing paper from each pad.

3. Align each piece precisely, then press firmly from the centre outward to eliminate air bubbles.

4. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before washing or exposing to rain.
