Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard international shipping: 7–20 business days, depending on destination country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide, excluding PO boxes.

Customs & Import Duties

Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance. Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

Return & Refund Policy

Standard Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-customized) items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom & Personalized Items — No Returns or Exchanges

All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order decals, stickers, and graphics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes any product produced to a specific design, size, color, or configuration requested by the buyer. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@huemoto.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Import Duties & Taxes

Buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are non-refundable and will not be covered by Hue Moto under any circumstances.
