Give Your Aprilia TUONO 125 a Custom, Sporty Edge

Transform the look of your Aprilia TUONO 125 while adding durable protection with this premium epoxy resin decal kit. Engineered to cover the essential areas of your fuel tank – including the fuel cap pad, center tank pad, and side tank decals – this set delivers a sharp, race-inspired aesthetic that perfectly complements the aggressive, naked-bike styling of the TUONO.

3D Epoxy Dome Construction
Each decal features a crystal-clear epoxy resin dome layered over a flexible, high-grade PVC base. This creates a rich, three-dimensional "wet look" effect that flat vinyl stickers simply cannot match, while the hardened surface provides a tough, impact-resistant shield against scratches, fuel spills, and everyday wear.

Built for Real-World Riding

• Waterproof & Weatherproof

  – Sealed against rain, mud, and intense UV exposure – no peeling, fading, or clouding over time.

• Fuel & Scratch Resistant

  – The epoxy top coat repels fuel spills and minor abrasions, keeping your graphics pristine.

• UV Stable

  – Advanced clear coating prevents yellowing and colour loss, so your decals stay vibrant ride after ride.

• Strong Yet Removable Adhesive

  – Automotive-grade backing bonds securely to the tank surface, yet can be removed cleanly with moderate heat when you decide to refresh the look.

⚠️ Important Fitment Note
This kit is specifically designed for the Aprilia TUONO 125. It does NOT fit the TUONO 660, RS 125, RS 660, RSV4, or other Aprilia models, as tank contours and bodywork profiles differ significantly. Please verify your model before ordering.

Easy DIY Installation

1. Thoroughly clean the tank surface and allow it to dry completely.

2. Carefully peel the backing paper from each decal.

3. Align each piece precisely, then press firmly from the centre outward to eliminate air bubbles.

4. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before riding.

FAQ

Q: Will this kit fit my Aprilia TUONO 125?
A: Yes — this kit is made specifically for the TUONO 125. It does NOT fit the TUONO 660, RS 125, RS 660, RSV4, or any other Aprilia model. Please confirm your exact model before ordering.

Q: Can I remove the decals without damaging my tank paint?
A: Yes. Apply moderate heat (a heat gun or hair dryer works well) to soften the adhesive, then peel slowly. When removed correctly, the decals leave no residue and cause no paint damage.

Q: How long will these decals last outdoors?
A: The 3D epoxy dome and UV-stable clear coat are built for long-term outdoor use. Under normal riding conditions — rain, sun, and fuel exposure — expect the decals to hold their colour and gloss for several years without peeling or fading.
