⚠️ Important Safety & Fitment Note
This lowering link fits the BMW S1000RR (2019–2023) only – not compatible with other BMW models or model years. Lowering the rear suspension changes the motorcycle’s geometry, rake, and trail – this will affect handling characteristics. After installation, adjust rear shock preload as necessary and perform a careful test ride before normal use. Professional installation is strongly recommended. OEM bolts, bearings, and sleeves are NOT included – please reuse your original parts.
Installation Guide
Support the motorcycle securely and release tension from the rear suspension.
Remove the stock suspension connecting link and retain all original bolts and bearings.
Fit the new lowering link into the original mounting position.
Install and torque the original bolts to the factory specification.
Check suspension travel, clearance, and tightness. Adjust rear preload if necessary.
Perform a careful low-speed test ride before returning to normal riding.
Note: Detailed installation instructions are not included. Please contact our customer service team if you need installation guidance.

FAQ
Q: How much does this lower the seat height on the S1000RR?
A: This lowering link reduces the rear suspension height by 20–25mm. The actual seat height reduction experienced by the rider will be slightly less than the suspension drop amount due to the suspension geometry and leverage ratio. The exact seat height change varies depending on the specific geometry of the 2019–2023 S1000RR.
Q: Will lowering affect the handling of the S1000RR?
A: Yes – lowering the rear suspension changes the motorcycle’s geometry, including rake and trail. This will affect steering feel and handling characteristics. The S1000RR is a high-performance superbike – we strongly recommend adjusting rear preload after installation and performing a careful test ride before returning to normal or aggressive riding. Professional installation and setup is recommended.
Q: Are OEM bolts and bearings included?
A: No – OEM bolts, bearings, and sleeves are not included. Please reuse your original parts when installing this lowering link. The link is designed as a direct replacement for the stock connecting rod.
